1. Acceptance of Protocols
These Terms of Service (the "Protocols") govern your access to and use of the Quantm Synthesis Platform (the "Platform"), including the public website, the authenticated terminal, all access tiers (Free, Elite, Unstoppable, and future Quantm Power), and any related services. By engaging the Platform — whether by establishing a Logic Node, signing in, submitting a query, or simply browsing the marketing surface — you agree to these Protocols.
If you do not agree, you must not access the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction) to register a Logic Node. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. The Platform
Quantm is a Logic Synthesis Platform that performs Data Synthesis on inputs supplied by registered operatives and returns verified deductions. The Platform is a deterministic deduction engine; it is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, engineering, or otherwise) and you should not rely on it as such.
3.1 Logic Node Usage
Each access tier carries a daily Logic Node Usage allowance, measured in tokens. Once your daily allowance is exhausted, further synthesis requests will be paused until the next 24-hour Core Reset or until you engage a higher tier.
- Free — 10,000 tokens / day · No charge
- Elite — 50,000 tokens / day · ₹199 / month
- Unstoppable — 150,000 tokens / day · ₹499 / month
- Quantm Power — 500,000 tokens / day · Premium tier with Neural Canvas access
4. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your Logic Node.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
- You may not share, sell, or transfer your Logic Node to any other person.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform to violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source of the engine.
- Bypass, disable, or interfere with security or rate-limiting mechanisms.
- Use automated agents to scrape or extract Platform output beyond the limits of your tier.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Platform without prior written agreement.
- Use the Platform to generate content that targets, harasses, or endangers any individual or group.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Logic Node found in violation of these acceptable-use rules.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its branding, interfaces, source code, documentation, and the Quantm name, is owned by the Quantm Team and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Protocols grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of the inputs you submit. By submitting them you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to deliver the Platform's service to you.
7. Paid Tiers, Billing & Renewals
- Paid tiers (Elite at ₹199/month, Unstoppable at ₹499/month, and Quantm Power) are billed in advance via Razorpay, our payment processor.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Tokens are reset to full allowance only upon successful payment confirmation.
- If a renewal payment fails, your token usage is not reset and your plan reverts to the Free tier after the current cycle ends.
- Prices are listed inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
- Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our reasonable control. We are not liable for any loss arising from such interruptions.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that synthesis outputs are error-free or fit for any specific decision-making purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Quantm Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.
11. Termination
You may terminate your Logic Node at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if you breach these Protocols, if required by law, or for prolonged inactivity. On termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
12. Changes to the Protocols
We may update these Protocols from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the terminal and via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Protocols.
13. Governing Law
These Protocols are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts located in India, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
