Refund Policy

By completing your subscription purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing immediate access to a digital service, and that the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been delivered and activated.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
• No further charges will be made after the billing period ends.
• Access to plan features (ad-free experience, Notepad, badges) will revert to the Free tier when the period concludes.

Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the current billing cycle already paid.

While our general policy is no refunds, we review the following on a case-by-case basis:

• Accidental duplicate charges — If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.
• Extended platform downtime — If the platform experiences significant, unplanned downtime lasting more than 72 consecutive hours within a billing period, we may offer a credit or partial refund at our discretion.
• Exceptional circumstances — Requests citing genuine extenuating circumstances will be considered individually. We cannot guarantee a positive outcome in every case.

We are committed to being fair and reasonable. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please reach out to us directly.

The Free Plan is provided at no cost and is therefore not subject to any refund considerations. No payment is required to access Free tier features.

To request a refund review, contact the Quantm support team with the following information:

• Your registered account email address.
• The date and amount of the charge in question.
• A brief description of your reason for requesting a review.

We will respond within 5 business days. Refund decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of Quantm.

Quantm reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification where reasonably possible.

All payments on Quantm are processed securely by Razorpay. Subscription charges and token renewal are handled exclusively via confirmed payment events from Razorpay. If a payment fails, no tokens are reset and no charge is made.
