1. Overview
Quantm operates a Logic Synthesis Platform — a deterministic deduction engine that performs Data Synthesis on inputs supplied by registered operatives. This Privacy Policy explains what information the platform collects, why it is collected, how it is processed, and what controls you have over it.
By engaging the Quantm terminal, you (the Operative) consent to the protocols described below. If you do not agree, please disengage and do not use the platform.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Identifiers
- Email address — required to register a Logic Node and authenticate sessions.
- Authentication tokens — issued by our identity provider (Supabase Auth). These are encrypted in transit and never stored in plaintext.
- Display name and avatar — optional. Supplied by you or by a federated identity provider you choose to link.
2.2 Synthesis Inputs & Outputs
- Queries you submit to the Quantm engine (text, equations, attached files where supported).
- Verified deductions returned by the engine.
- Optional message metadata such as timestamps and conversation grouping.
2.3 Telemetry & Logic Node Usage
- Token-count metering (Logic Node Usage) per request, used solely to enforce the limits of your access tier.
- Plan tier (Free, Elite, Unstoppable, or future Quantm Power) and aggregate request counts.
- Technical telemetry: request timestamps, error codes, and minimal device fingerprint metadata required to defend against abuse.
2.4 Cookies & Local Storage
Quantm uses a session cookie to maintain your authenticated state and a
small amount of localStorage to remember your preferred
theme and conversation drafts on the device you are using. We do not
use third-party advertising cookies on the platform itself.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To operate the Logic Synthesis Platform and return verified deductions.
- To enforce per-tier Logic Node Usage limits and prevent abuse.
- To deliver transactional communications (account, billing, security).
- To diagnose errors and improve the reliability of the engine.
- To comply with applicable legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not train external models on your synthesis inputs.
4. Data Sharing & Sub-processors
We rely on a small set of vetted sub-processors strictly necessary to run the platform:
- Supabase — authentication and operative profile storage.
- Google Generative Language API — backend computation provider for the Quantm engine. Inputs are transmitted in real time and are not retained for training under our configuration.
- Payment processors — used only when you engage a paid tier (e.g., Razorpay, where applicable).
- Hosting infrastructure — Replit Deployments, for application execution and TLS termination.
Each sub-processor receives only the data fields strictly required to perform its function.
5. Retention
Synthesis history is retained while your Logic Node remains active so you can revisit prior sessions. You may delete individual conversations at any time from the terminal. When you close your account, all personally identifiable data is removed within 30 days, except where a longer retention period is required by law (e.g., billing records).
6. Your Rights
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about your Logic Node.
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure — request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Portability — request your synthesis history in a machine-readable format.
- Objection / Restriction — request limits on certain processing activities.
To exercise these rights, contact us at quantm.logic.help@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
All traffic to the Quantm terminal is encrypted in transit using TLS. Authentication credentials are stored hashed and salted by our identity provider. Service-role access to operative profiles is restricted to a single backend role and never exposed to the browser. We follow the principle of least privilege across every layer of the stack.
8. Children
Quantm is not directed to individuals under 13 years of age (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a Logic Node has been registered by a minor, please contact us so we can remove it.
9. International Transfers
Quantm operates from infrastructure that may process data outside your country of residence. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect cross-border transfers.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the terminal and via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
